Applicants who registered for the Vocational and Skills Acquisition Training and Empowerment Programme in April are advised to monitor their phones as notifications and calls are now being sent to shortlisted candidates.
According to a notice from the Office of Hon. Kafilat Adetola Ogbara, Member representing Kosofe Federal Constituency, the selection process is currently underway for the programme, which is being organised in partnership with the National Social Investment Programme Agency (NSIPA) and the National Assembly Committee on Poverty Alleviation.
The notice urged applicants to regularly check their text messages and missed calls to avoid missing their invitation to participate in the training.
Successful applicants who receive notifications are expected to follow the instructions provided regarding the next stage of the programme.
The vocational and skills acquisition initiative is aimed at equipping participants with practical skills and empowerment opportunities to enhance self-reliance and improve livelihoods.
